ATDW is Australia’s central digital platform for tourism – making it easier for tourism businesses and destinations to be discovered and booked online. ATDW empowers tourism businesses to create an online profile and have it automatically distributed across trusted tourism websites and apps – including Visit Moreton Bay, BEDA, Tourism & Events Queensland, Tourismand more. ATDW streamlines how businesses and destinations are promoted online – freeing up your time while ensuring your digital information is up-to-date, easy to find and widely seen. Importantly, ATDW also drives direct bookings to tourism businesses.

Best of Queensland Experiences Program

The Best of Queensland Experiences Program, developed by Tourism & Events Queensland, is designed to lift the standard of visitor experiences across the state. The program recognises and promotes operators who consistently deliver exceptional service, while providing industry with guidance and insights to exceed customer expectations.

For operators in Moreton Bay, participation in the program is an opportunity to benchmark against best practice, strengthen their reputation, and be featured in state-led marketing activity that reaches domestic and international audiences.

Aussie Specialist Program

The Aussie Specialist Program is Tourism Australia’s innovative online training platform for frontline international travel sellers. It equips agents with the knowledge and skills to sell Australia more effectively, ensuring they can confidently include regions like Moreton Bay in tailored itineraries for their customers.

For local operators, engaging with the program means their products can be better understood and promoted by international sellers, creating stronger connections to key markets and increasing the chance of conversion from awareness to bookings.

Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA)

Tourism & Events Moreton Bay and the Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA) have a partnership focused on accelerating economic and tourism growth across Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region. This collaboration will harness the strengths and unique assets of each organisation, to achieve shared goals and enhance economic benefits to both regions. Through this partnership, we’re able to scale up joint activity to drive visitation, boost local businesses, and promote sustainable economic growth of the visitor economy, strengthening Brisbane and Moreton Bay’s positions as premier destinations in Southeast Queensland.

The alliance enables both regions to maximise resources and extend their reach through collaborative marketing activity, trade opportunities, and destination experiences tailored to attract both domestic and international audiences.

Tourism and Events Queensland

Tourism & Events Moreton Bay works in close partnership with Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ), the state’s lead agency for destination marketing, tourism experience development, and major events. Together, we collaborate to grow Queensland’s visitor economy and position Moreton Bay as a key destination in the South East.

Through this partnership, we’re able to leverage statewide campaigns and initiatives to maximise impact for the region. Joint activity spans trade, marketing, and PR/media opportunities, ensuring Moreton Bay is represented in both domestic and international markets. This collaboration strengthens the region’s visibility, drives visitation, and supports local operators by connecting Moreton Bay into Queensland’s broader tourism and events strategy.

Tourism Australia

Tourism & Events Moreton Bay works in partnership with Tourism Australia to ensure the region is represented in global campaigns, trade initiatives, and international market activity. This connection helps position Moreton Bay as part of Australia’s visitor offering and supports our industry to reach high-value travellers from key markets worldwide.

There are also direct opportunities for operators to work with Tourism Australia. From participating in global marketing campaigns and trade distribution to leveraging PR/media exposure, sustainability programs, and training through the Aussie Specialist Program, operators can access tools and initiatives that grow visibility, build capability, and connect them with international audiences. Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC)

The Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC) is the state’s peak body for tourism, hospitality, and events, providing leadership, advocacy, and industry development.

Tourism & Events Moreton Bay works closely with QTIC to strengthen the capability and competitiveness of local operators. Through this partnership, our industry gains access to training, accreditation programs, advocacy initiatives, and networking opportunities that support long-term growth and elevate the quality of visitor experiences across the region.

Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC) 

The Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC) is the peak body representing Australia’s tourism export sector, with more than 1,000 members ranging from large multinationals to small and medium enterprises across metropolitan, regional, and remote areas.

Tourism & Events Moreton Bay works with ATEC to connect local operators into national export-ready networks and international distribution opportunities. For operators, ATEC membership provides access to training, market insights, and business-to-business connections that support growth in international markets and strengthen competitiveness in the global visitor economy.

Visit Gay Australia (GALTA)

Visit Gay Australia (GALTA) is a national network of tourism professionals dedicated to advancing LGBTQIA+ travel in Australia. Operated as a voluntary non-profit organisation, GALTA works with federal, state, and regional tourism bodies, as well as businesses and individuals, to support the welfare and satisfaction of LGBTQIA+ travellers.

Tourism & Events Moreton Bay collaborates with GALTA to ensure the region is welcoming, inclusive, and visible within this important market. For operators, GALTA provides opportunities to connect with the LGBTQIA+ travel community, build cultural competency, and increase awareness of their products among travellers seeking safe and inclusive experiences.
